TTI Machine Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all work performed by TTI Machine (TTI), Troy Thompson Inc., Brooksville, FL. By accepting a quote, estimate, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise noted.

  • Prices are predicated on receiving the total order as quoted. Partial orders may result in price adjustments.

  • All amounts are stated and must be paid in U.S. Dollars.

  • Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or duties unless specified.

2. Shop Minimum A 4-hour shop minimum applies to all jobs to cover programming, setup, inspection, and handling.

3. Payment Terms

  • COD (Cash on Delivery / Prepayment) unless approved net terms are on file.

  • Approved terms: Net 30 days from invoice date.

  • Late payments subject to 1.5% per month (18% APR) finance charges.

  • We reserve the right to require deposits or full prepayment on custom or first-time orders.

4. Lead Times & Scheduling Lead times are estimates only and quoted on a first come, first served basis at the time of quoting. Actual delivery depends on current shop load, material availability, and customer approvals. TTI Machine is not responsible for delays due to force majeure, supply chain issues, design changes, or high demand. Rush jobs may be available at additional charge, subject to capacity.

5. Additional Work & Changes By accepting this quote/estimate, TTI Machine will perform the services exactly as described. Any modifications, additional work, revisions to drawings/specs, or changes after acceptance will incur additional charges at our standard rates.

6. Tooling, Intellectual Property & Knowledge All tooling, fixtures, programs, techniques, know-how, and technical knowledge developed or used by TTI Machine in performing the work remain the exclusive property of TTI Machine unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing prior to the start of work. Customer drawings and specifications remain customer property, but TTI retains all process IP.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Workmanship warranty: 30 days from shipment. TTI will repair or replace defective parts at our discretion.

  • No warranty on customer-supplied materials or designs.

  • TTI’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific job. In no event shall TTI be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (lost profits, production downtime, etc.).

8. Cancellations Cancellations after acceptance may incur charges for work already performed, materials ordered, and a restocking/handling fee.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hernando County courts.

10. Acceptance Acceptance of quote, issuance of PO, or payment constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

11. Product Sales (Race Car Parts & Accessories)

  • All parts are sold "as-is" unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • No returns on custom, modified, or special-order parts.

  • Standard parts may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition for a restocking fee of 20%. Shipping is non-refundable.

  • Warranty on purchased parts is limited to manufacturer’s warranty only (if any). TTI Machine provides no additional warranty on resale items.

  • Used or take-off parts are sold with no warranty. Buyer assumes all risk.

  • Prices and availability subject to change.
